“WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?”

Within minutes of placing your order you will receive an order confirmation email notifying you that we received your order and are in the process of preparing it for shipping.  Please allow 1-3 days for order processing.  After your order has shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information.

“WHY IS MY PHONE NUMBER REQUIRED?”

In the unlikely even that your order cannot be shipped we will need to contact you. We prefer to have several methods of communication in order to expedite your order to the best of our ability.

“CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER AFTER IT HAS BEEN PLACED THROUGH THE WEBSITE?”

It is our goal to package and ship orders as quickly as possible in order to provide exemplary customer service. While we cannot guarantee that we will be able to make the change in time, please email us as soon as possible and we will do our best to get it updated.  Be sure to carefully review your order before submitting it.

“WHY DO I SEE THE NAME LOCK & KEY CREATIVE ON MY BANK  OR CREDIT CARD STATEMENT?”

Lock & Key Creative LLC is a parent company for Observer.  As part of our hustle we also offer design and apparel screen printing services to customers under this name.  Please contact us with any interest.

“DOES OBSERVER TAKE INTERNATIONAL CURRENCY AS PAYMENT?”

No.

“DOES OBSERVER HAVE A PHYSICAL STORE WHERE I CAN PURCHASE THE ITEMS SHOWN ON THE WEBSITE?”

Not yet.

“WHY DIDN’T I RECEIVE MY CONFIRMATION EMAIL?”

Please check your spam folder to see if there is an email from info@observemore.com.  If you do not find it there please email us at the aforementioned email address.

“HOW DO I STOCK OBSERVER PRODUCTS IN MY STORE?”
