Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING PROCEDURES

All orders are shipped via United States Postal Service, USPS.

After your order is placed you will receive an order confirmation email.  Within 1-3 days from placing your order you will receive another email alerting you that your order has shipped.  If you fail to receive these emails, please check your “spam” folder before contacting us at info@observemore.com.

We do not ship on holidays.

Please note that once your order has been shipped USPS becomes responsible for the package.  If that package becomes lost or stollen after it has been marked as “delivered”, Observer will not be responsible for replacing, refunding, or crediting any cost back to you.  We will be happy to help contact USPS about any lost or stollen orders.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING PROCEDURES

International orders will most likely be shipped via USPS, however you may be contacted regarding your order if any questions or concerns arise. Once your package arrives in the destination country it will be transferred to an internal postal service according to standard delivery procedures.

Please note that we are not responsible for any customs or duty fees that you may incur.

RETURNS

Our policy is 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, Observer will not offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and unworn at all. It must also be in the original packaging.  Any items considered by Observer to have been worn or used in any way will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at orders@observemore.com.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
Only defective items will be exchanged.  Observer must be notified of all defective items within 5 days of receiving your order.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at orders@observemore.com and send your item to: P.O. Box 191128, Saint Louis, MO, 63119, United States.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: P.O. Box 191128, Saint Louis, MO, 63119, United States.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance with delivery confirmation. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
